Customer Care

This agreement contains the terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service") under which www.senseduo.com (“SENSEDUO", "we" or "us") offers you (the "user”, the “client” or "you"), access to its website www.senseduo.com (the "Site") and SENSEDUO's services (as defined below). Among other things, these Terms of Service describe the user's responsibilities and limit SENSEDUO's liability. Before using any of the Services, please read all these Terms of Service carefully. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Services and any other provisions outlined in the Site, these Terms of Service will control.

User Acceptance 

By using the Services and/or visiting the Site, you state your agreement to be legally bound and to abide by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use the Site or the Services. These terms and conditions include SENSEDUO's privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") that is posted on the Site.

Change to terms of Services 

SENSEDUO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend these Terms of Service at any time upon posting the amended terms on the Site, or upon providing notice thereof by electronic or conventional mail or any other reasonable means. The amended terms shall automatically be effective. You should visit this page from time-to-time to review the then-current Terms because they are binding to you. The user's continued use of the Site and the Services following SENSEDUO's posting of any changes will constitute the user's acceptance of such changes.

Shopping Consultations

All shopping consultations will require a credit card authorization form to be filled along with the submission of a digital copy of legal identification. All merchandise brought to the consultation courtesy of the third-party partners and affiliates will charge payment after the point of sale confirmation. ​

 

Consignment packages 

All services relating to you as the client receiving consignment packages require a credit card authorization to be filled along with the submission of a digital copy of legal identification. The try-on period begins the day of arrival of the package.  It is required that you as the client decide on purchases and returns within three business days of the arrival of goods. All clients are responsible for shipping costs and your credit card will be charged with the store in which the items came from unless the store or SENSEDUO have agreed to cover the cost. SENSEDUO will not be held accountable for damaged goods, items that may go on sale after the point of purchase. Regarding damages, returns, and sales after the point of purchase– you as the client are required to make direct request by contacting the third party partners and affiliates. Please keep in mind, everyone has their policies and procedures and SENSEDUO will not be liable for disputes and reconciliations.

 

Gift Cards 

SENSEDUO gift cards can be purchased through the service section of the site. The gift cards can be redeemed solely for styling services, not product purchases. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. For balance information, or to replace the remaining value on a damaged card, contact info@senseduo.com. Gift cards will be documented and accounted for in our database and in any case of loss - clients may contact us directly prior to booking to see if funds are still applicable. Gift cards are solely reserved for the client and are non-transferable. The full amount will be charged at the point of purchase. 

 

Product Purchases 

How quickly can I expect my order to be processed?

Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Pre-Orders

All Pre-Orders are charged at the time of purchase. Expected Pre-Order ship dates are to the best of our knowledge. Sometimes factory delays happen due to the handmade nature. We will notify you if we are experiencing delays.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but we’ll always try our best to make changes before we ship your order. The best way to do so is to email us as soon as possible, Monday thru Friday 10:00 a.m-5:00 p.m pacific time or email us at info@senseduo.com.

 

What’s the status of my order?

Orders are sent out in the order in which they were received, and you can expect to receive a shipping notification as soon as your package is on the way. Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track the status of your delivery by visiting the courier’s website and entering your tracking number.

Return Policy 

All sales made at the Senseduo Experience Pop-up are final. No products will be refunded. If you are unhappy with any of the products please reach out within 7 days of the purchase date at info@senseduo.com
